摘要: Over the last decade search for compounds combining resources of semiconductors and ferromagnets has evolved into an important field materials science. This endeavour been fuelled by continual demonstrations remarkable low-temperature functionalities found ferromagnetic structures (Ga,Mn)As, p-(Cd,Mn)Te, related as well ample observations signatures at high temperatures in a number non-metallic systems. In this paper, recent experimental theoretical developments are reviewed emphasising that, from one hand, they disentangle many controversies puzzles accumulated over and, on other, offer new research prospects.
