摘要: This invention relates to a plurality of compositions for dietary health management and its use in the prevention or treatment cardiovascular disease type 2 diabetes, also and/or obesity generally weight loss. Thus meal intended human consumption is provided, comprising: (a) 250-650 kilocalories (1045 - 4180 kiloJoules); (b) 10-50, preferably 20-50, more 30-50 g fibre; (c) 10-30, 10-20 protein; (d) 0 5, less than 3 starch; (e) 2, 1, most 0.5 lactose; (f) at least 20, 30, 40 mg any one flavonoid aglycone; (g) 40, 50 glucoside; wherein comprises 75-1000 total aglycone glucoside, no 250 aglycone, glucoside.
