摘要: Diabetes is increasing worldwide and hence the risk developing complications where retinopathy theme of this study. The aim study was to evaluate presence (vascular) in subjects with pre-diabetes stage, impaired fasting glucose (IFG), development these during five years. In second part diabetes patients different duration grade examined electrophysiological methods investigate if there are alterations detectable patients. Results: Retinopathy present 10% glucose. associated higher diastolic systolic blood pressure, weight body mass index (BMI). 5-year incidence 6.9%. found full- field ERG multi focal newly onset type 2 even before any vascular on fundus photography. Alterations were also verified visual detoriation ischemic maculopathy long diabetes. Conclusion: Blood pressure appears be a major concern glucose, IFG. was, however low who had received recommendations regarding diet lifestyle. full-field multifocal electroretinography demonstrate early retinal function identified visible future examinations may valuable follow natural course disease effect treatment including neuroretina.
