摘要: Regulatory costs are ultimately paid for by the individuals in our society. The reduction disposable income can lead to changes purchasing, such as safety and health care; stress, from job loss; behavior, smoking or alcohol consumption. On average, these induce greater mortality risks premature deaths. This paper examines cases which regulatory primarily placed either on general public a specific industry.
