摘要: Abstract The effect of aging temperature on erosion-corrosion (E-C) behavior 17-4PH stainless steels in dilute sulphuric acid slurry containing solid particles was studied by using self-made rotating E-C apparatus. impact velocity at different temperatures analyzed. Surface micrographs the specimens after test were observed scanning electron microscope (SEM). results showed that under condition same solution heat treatment, when ranged from 400 °C to 610 °C, hardness reached highest value near 460 °C. characteristics for as follows: pure erosion (wear) dominant, corrosion subordinate and time promoted erosion. rate not significant low velocity, but it found resistance aged most excellent due best precipitation strengthening fine dispersed ɛ-Cu phase. With a prerequisite appropriate resistance, hardening could significantly improve materials.
