摘要: Twenty-three patients with metastatic non-oat cell bronchogenic carcinoma (MN0BC) were treated cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, methotrexate,and procarbazine (CAMP) after radiation therapy. Objective responses seen in 11 of 23 (48%) a projected median survival time 12.5 months for responding and stable disease. Lung, liver, cutaneous sites involvement proved to be highly responsive; bone was less responsive. CAMP is an effective combination the treatment MNOBC its use advanced disease should explored.
