摘要: The major vernalisation genes of VRN1 are well understood at the molecular level. However, their quantitative contributions to flowering time and grain yield related traits not clear. In this study, we used a double haploid population (225 lines) Westonia × Kauz in which Vrn-A1a (Westonia), Vrn-B1a (Westonia) Vrn-D1a (Kauz) were segregating, high resolution genetic map 1,159 loci, determine Vrn-A1a, for days anthesis diverse environments. trait loci (QTL) spikelet number per spike contributed by winter alleles VRN1. QTL filling spring wild genotype (vrn-A1vrn-B1vrn-D1) showed latest flowering, highest spike, lowest peduncle proportion thousand weight three environmental analyses, largest resulted kernel (KN) (GW) well-watered One KN was located on 5B, allele vrn-B1 one GW detected 5A, drought environment. results indicated that Vrn-A1avrn-B1Vrn-D1a would shorten give early associated phenotype, provide an indicator breeding programs.
