摘要: The major vernalisation genes of VRN1 are well understood at the molecular level. However, their quantitative contributions to flowering time and grain yield related traits not clear. In this study, we used a double haploid population (225 lines) Westonia × Kauz in which Vrn-A1a (Westonia), Vrn-B1a (Westonia) Vrn-D1a (Kauz) were segregating, high resolution genetic map 1,159 loci, determine Vrn-A1a, for days anthesis diverse environments. trait loci (QTL) spikelet number per spike contributed by winter alleles VRN1.
