摘要: A method of measuring the absolute spectral irradiance quartz-halogen-tungsten lamps is described, based on known responsivity a filter radiometer, components which are separately characterized. The characterization described for wide wavelength range essential deriving spectrum lamp, from 260 nm to 950 nm. Novel methods interpolation and measurement implemented radiometer. combined standard uncertainty measurements less than 1.4 parts in 102 290 320 (ultraviolet B) 4 103 440 900 (visible near-infrared). As an example, derived irradiances two measured at Helsinki University Technology (HUT, Finland) presented compared with results National Institute Standards (NIST, USA) Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB, Germany). comparisons indicate that HUT scale between those NIST PTB long-term reproducibility also presented.
