摘要: Environmental monitoring is one of the most dynamically developing branches chemical analysis. In this area, use multidimensional techniques and methods encouraged to allow reliable determinations metal ions with portable equipment for in-field applications. regard, study presents, first time, capabilities a polymer inclusion membrane (PIM) sensor perform cadmium (II) determination in aqueous solutions by situ visible (VIS) Mid- Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (MID-FTIR) analyses polymeric films, using partial least squares (PLS) chemometric approach. The influence pH content on extraction, characterization its extraction terms adsorption isotherm, enrichment factor equilibrium were studied. PLS algorithm was applied spectral data establish relationship between absorption spectra. Furthermore, developed MID-FTIR method validated through figures merit (accuracy, linearity, sensitivity, analytical minimum discernible concentration difference, mean selectivity, limits detection quantitation). Results showed calibration curves denoting systems’ potentiality. Comparable results obtained analysis real samples (tap, bottle, pier water) new MID-FTIR-PLS PIM based-sensor F-AAS.
