摘要: In the GRADE approach, strength of a recommendation reflects extent to which we can be confident that composite desirable effects management strategy outweigh undesirable effects. This article addresses GRADE's approach determining direction and recommendation. The describes balance outcomes interest among alternative strategies depending on four domains, namely estimates effect for interest, confidence in effect, values preferences, resource use. Ultimately, guideline panels must use judgment integrating these factors make strong or weak against an intervention.
