摘要: Abstract Liquid chromatography particle beam mass spectrometry (PB/MS is a powerful tool for the analysis of target pollutants but complementary methods are required nontarget compounds. Preliminary data presented on an anion exchange PB/MS based method detection compound 4-chlorobenzene sulfonic acid (a contamlnant found in hazardous waste leachates) and also aqueous leachate samples from Stringfellow site California. Anion coupled to inductively plasma yields qualitative quantltative elemental showing presence or absence key heteroatoms organic including chlorine, other halogens, phosphorus sulfur.
