摘要: Abstract We report temperature-induced spin reorientation and magnetization jump effects in the rare earth (RE) orthoferrite Ho 0.5 Pr FeO 3 single crystal. The crystal of about 6 mm diameter 50 mm length was successfully grown by optical floating zone method. Both X-ray diffraction Laue photograph confirmed homogeneity high quality Magnetic properties are studied over a wide temperature range from 2 to 300 K. Spin transition Γ 4 phase is observed 75–90 K. At lower temperature, shows an abrupt along -axis, which occurs only field-cooling process, sensitive external applied magnetic field. By analyzing magnitude magnetization, we conclude that it caused reversal ions. isothermal versus field hysteresis loop measurements axis explain configuration variation 3 K 60 K.
