摘要: Hematite nanoparticles were prepared by a FeCl2 solution. The whole thermal formation mechanism as well the size and dispersity control of hematite was studied. It has been found that goethite firstly produced through mix oxidation 0.5 M ferrous salt 2.1 bicarbonate then obtained directly transformation samples. At higher temperatures, nanopores observed in nanocrystals merged into slits due to high water pressure nanopores. morphology particles with regular texture changed recrystallization spherical formed end. particle could be controlled different charging rates. From second distribution diagrams measured laser dynamic scatter method, not only became small but also improved rate increased. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
