摘要: BACKGROUND Sustainable physical activity (PA) and health-related quality of life (HR-QoL) are two key goals in today’s rehabilitation practice. Therefore, programs to promote PA need be evaluated on sustainability these outcomes after rehabilitation. PURPOSES To identify HR-QoL trajectories determine the association between those trajectories. METHODS People with a disability/chronic disease (N=1719) were followed from 3-6 weeks before discharge (T0) 14 (T1), 33 (T2) 52 (T3) Rehabilitation, Sports Active lifestyle study. They participated Exercise (RSE) program Dutch care. Latent Class analysis was used trajectories, based questionnaire data. A Chi-squared test performed RESULTS Six identified: large stable ‘semi-active’ (N=943) ‘active’ (N=188), four small intermediate ‘recovery’ (N=91), ‘decline’ (N=67), ‘strong recovery’ (N=21) decline’ (N=10). Five ‘moderate’ (N=617) ‘high’ (N=394), (N=56) (N=31), one two-person trajectory recovery’. The significantly associated (χ2=33.5(1), p<.001, φc=.20). Of our sample, 55% (N=479) both semi-active moderate trajectory, 10% (N=83) active high trajectory. CONCLUSIONS Most people obtained but RSE program, which might suggest optimization reach sustainable levels longitudinally associated.
