摘要: Summary Background Clinicians are frequently questioned by patients about the possibility of spontaneous regression tumors. Although there many reports and a few case series documenting regression, is concern that these cases may not represent true regression. Using specific criteria, we attempted to determine incidence types thoracic malignancy most likely regress spontaneously. Methods We used PubMed search phrase “spontaneous lesions” reported from 1951 December 2008. modified Everson Cole criterion developed define this was refined for primary metastatic malignancies. Results Only 5 in literature involved malignancy. These include pleural mesothelioma, lung cancer adenoid cystic carcinoma. 71 neoplasms, which showed extrapulmonary tumors along with pulmonary metastasis. Thoracic metastasis renal cell carcinoma common found Conclusion Spontaneous rare. Renal accounts cases.
