摘要: Cyanobacterial toxins and pesticides regularly impact freshwaters. Microcystin-LR is one of the most toxic common cyanobacterial whereas glyphosate active ingredient a widely use herbicide. As filter feeders, freshwater mussels are particularly exposed. Like many native bivalve species, Unio pictorum suffers from continuous decline in Europe. In order to get deeper insight its response contaminants, U. was exposed either 10 μg L(-1) microcystin-LR or mixture both. Proteins digestive glands were extracted analyzed by DIGE. Gel analysis revealed 103 spots with statistical variations, seems be less toward than microcystin-LR. Specific have variations only when mixture, showing that there an interaction both contaminants responses triggered. The proteins 30 been identified. They belong mostly cytoskeleton family, but oxidative pathway, detoxification, energetic metabolism affected mixture. These results demonstrate importance study at low concentrations representative those found field multicontaminations can lead different pathways.
