摘要: This study determined the shear bond strength (SBS) of composite bonded to chlorhexidine-treated enamel and untreated enamel. Fifty human molars were mounted in cold- cure acrylic superficial buccal or lingual surface was exposed using 600-grit silicon carbide paper. During experimental protocol, control group (n = 25) stored distilled water at 37 degrees C. The immersed 0.12% chlorhexidine gluconate for 1 minute, 4 times daily, 7 days. Prisma APH then all samples following acid etching 30 seconds, SBS determined. Shear strengths (13.23 +/- 3.22 MPa) (13.67 4.59 groups not significantly different a t-test. result may be attributed either lack effect etch which dissolves affected leaving an unaffected substrate bonding.
