摘要: A hybrid wind/photovoltaic generation system is designed to supply power demand. The aim of this design minimization the overall cost scheme over 20 years operation. Full demand modeled as constraint for optimization problem. Characteristic equations components and solar radiation wind speed datasets are assumed be deterministic, i.e. uncertainties ignored. system's costs include investment, replacement, operation maintenance during lifetime. All commercially available, actual prices used. Wind North West region Iran (Ardebil province). Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm used solve Results indicate superiority PSO algorithm, in terms convergence global optimum solution, a Genetic Algorithm that conventionally exploited literature.
