摘要: Oxidized cellulose (Surgicel) has been used as a haemostatic agent in neurosurgery for five decades. Complications have few. Two cases are reported of granulomatous reaction to oxidised two months and twelve after removal intracranial meningiomas. Both appeared contrast enhancing space occupying lesions on CT scan were taken recurrence the tumour.
