摘要: For practical purposes, we may define acute renal failure (ARF) as any abrupt elevation of serum creatinine (SCr) above 177 µmol/l (2 mg/ dl) or, in patients with stabilized chronic (CRF) a sudden increase SCr by 50% the baseline value.
