Preparation, characterization and thermally stimulated luminescence studies of undoped, Cu and Mn doped SrSO4 compounds

摘要: Abstract Studies of thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) undoped and doped SrSO4 with activators such as Mn Cu have been carried out. The polycrystalline sample undoped, are prepared by recrystallisation method. formation pure, compounds confirmed X-ray diffraction (XRD) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) studies. Comparison TL intensity the most intensive glow peak that shows addition impurity in compound enhances about 12 3.3 times respectively. trap parameters namely order kinetics (b), activation energy (E), frequency factor (s) Balarin parameter (γ) associated i.e. 235 °C SrSO4:Mn phosphor were determined using isothermal decay method curve shape (Chen’s) kinetic obtained these two methods good agreement.
