摘要: It is difficult to discuss the subject of neuropharmacology aging when it well known that we presently have very few agents which can be classified as such. Many psychotropic drugs are used in elderly, either treat specific neuropsychiatric disorders, or an attempt signs and symptoms associated with “organic brain syndromes.” In former cases therapeutic approach straightforward provided appropriate precautions hazards elderly recognized (1–3). latter cases, syndromes,” where pharmacological intervention has met essentially without success, greatest need exists for development newer agents.
