摘要: Experimental data are presented on the influence of component yield strength and joint geometry mechanical behavior transverse brazed joints. The systems studied were various iron alloys with dilute silver alloys. From these a model is developed for deformation ductile failure In thick thin joints, macroscopic plastic instability hydrostatic tension respectively major causes void growth fracture. Strain hardening in braze metal found to be an important factor delaying fracture both cases. Increases accompanied by increases tensile if base exceeds joint. loss stress triaxiality which accompanies yielding severely limits strength.
