摘要: Background Decreased serum levels of trace elements seen in long-term hemodialysied patients, suppress immune system. The aim this study was to find if any changes occur after transplantation and assess the correlation between post-transplantation renal function elements. Methods Long-term patients with underlying ESRD were divided into two groups, who undergone (n = 54) not (n = 69). Levels lithium, magnesium, iron, zinc copper measured 24 h before three months both groups. transplanted patients' creatinine assessed at same intervals as an indicator graft function. Results 54 18 men (33%), 36 women (67%) mean age 47.67 ± 14.33 years underwent April 2010 2011. While iron (p < 0.001) significantly increased transplantation, there a statistically significant reduction magnesium (p < 0.001). No differences noted (p = 0.17) lithium (p = 0.080) comparison control group. A relationship (p = 0.015) (p = 0.025) within transplantation. Conclusion Our showed alters affects immunity results (Cr levels).
