摘要: To navigate social-ecological change, individuals and societies must develop the capacity to adapt transform our interactions with ecosystems ecosystem services. Institutions multi-level governance arrangements are particularly important in this regard as they can support well constrain knowledge building, learning conflict resolution that may help reduce vulnerability, build resilience increase adaptive capacity. However, building into is a daunting challenge. Here, we synthesize insights of volume offer lessons for practice further research. These include need to: (1) define understand change; (2) avoid panaceas; (3) recognize relational spaces role institutions; (4) consider influence scale; (5) link actors networks actors; (6) rethink government; (7) benefit from bridging organizations; (8) promote co-production processes; (9) highlight ecosystems; (10) ensure integrative approaches.
