摘要: Background and objective : There were many articles determined factors associated with microalbuminuria in type 2 diabetes. Some reported the same result, some difference. It was confusing which is to apply for prevention health promotion public clinical practice. The aim of this study determine diabetes by meta-analysis. Methods We performed our search using Ovid MEDLINE, Scopus, BMJ Clinical Evidence, ProQuest, Thai index medicus Medical index. design  was an analytical cross sectional detection quantitative technique, published during 1992 -2009. Criteria quality assessment publication composed classification urine collection method. Heterogeneity studies’ results use Cochran’s c . Results Of 2,428 identified on electronic database, 17 included analysis because selection criteria criteria. data extracted converted be a standard measurement unit. Pooled effect estimates obtained fixed random This found that age, duration diabetes, smoking, high blood pressure, plasma glucose dyslipidemia risk microalbuminuria. But there only HDL expresses protective factor (OR = 0.850, 95% CI 0.748-0.966), p-value 0.013). Conclusion program prevent should considered behavioral optimization programming such as stop smoking programs, pressure control, control nutrition education. Keywords , meta
