摘要: For enhance fatigue resist ability in hardened bearing steel especially contaminated lubrication condition, Nitriding treatment applied. This diffuse nitrogen and carbon into the surface of during austenitizing. enhanced condition gave physical strength with tribological function but this cause grinding difficulties conventional process. Its main reason is intensified toughness surface. Due to increase Nitrogen surface, it contain more retained austenite than normal QT heat Treated condition. With power trend shows increasing Also Same load behavior. Surface roughness slightly impaired nitriding In roundness, treated high speed adaptability Condition different behavior when accumulated wheel depth cut amount.
