摘要: Abstract In this paper we used UV/Visible method to study the effect of solute concentration on fibroin regulated biomineralization calcium phosphate. During reaction process, ultraviolet–visible spectrophotometer was track extinction in solution. It is found that kinetics can be strongly affected by presence fibroin. Fibroin with higher has more positive process. Under appropriate conditions, wave crest and trough appear kinetic curves biomineralization. The phenomenon mainly related process phase separation. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) result shows phosphate before amorphous phosphate, while after crystal hydroxyapatite (HA) brushite (DCPD) are ingredients.
