摘要: Abstract The integrated resource planning (IRP) approach is one that considers both supply and demand-side options to meet the need for a resource, while minimising costs accruing firm society. This paper focuses on IRP as tool power sector in light of existing problems ongoing reforms developing countries. It looks at advantages would afford, juxtaposing these with barriers such process—those encountered past well possibilities view structural changes. then discusses policies enable be usefully employed mitigate sector.
