摘要: This research provides a significant and original contribution to knowledge, theory, the English local government, other sectors. A robust examination of four outsourcing projects an important knowledge. The use personal construct theory during case study phase theory. resulting framework beneficence clients, suppliers, users, researchers with sourcing interest at both academic practical levels. The literature suggested that cost, quality, speed are key drivers sourcing.
