FLUORESCENCE SPECTROSCOPY ON SINGLE CDS NANOCRYSTALS

摘要: By use of low-temperature (20 K) confocal microscopy, fluorescence spectra isolated single CdS nanocrystals have been recorded. The narrowest measured line width the main band has determined to be about 5 meV at lowest excitation intensities. At higher intensities least three additional observations are made:  broadens, a blue peak evolves, and due coupling longitudinal optical phonon appears.
