摘要: Abstract : Laser-induced multi-energy processing (MEP) introduces resonant vibrational excitations of precursor molecules to conventional chemical vapor deposition methods for material synthesis. In this study, efforts were extended explore the capability promotion energy efficiency in reactions enhancement diamond deposition, and control reactions. The research project mainly focused on using lasers combustion flame diamond, which led to: 1) reactions; 2) growth with higher rate better crystallizations; 3) steering lead preferential {100}-oriented films crystals; 4) mode-selective toward bond-selective
