摘要: Abstract. Chitosan and Chitosan: PAN blend with different weight ratios (1, 2, 3, 4 5%) were prepared by solution casting method. The structural mechanical properties for samples done X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) strain stress test. XRD measurements indicate the formation of variation inter-planer distances. Also, shift in some FTIR bands energy polysaccharides reduce their intensities Chitosan:PAN blend. largest tensile appeared at 1% ratio. chitosan/PAN blends examined antibacterial activity using inhibition concentration results show grades samples. highest bacteria Chitosan/PAN a has less effectiveness against gram-positive than gram-negative.
