摘要: Abstract Single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) can be synthesized and purified by a number of techniques, always contain certain amount impurities varying composition (mostly metal catalyst non-tubular carbon), as well defects resulting from purification. Particular purification route also affects homogeneity nanotube material its dispersability in organic solvents, which are important the subsequent application development. A analytical characterization tools have been used successfully past years to access various properties materials, but lack standards makes it difficult compare these measurements across board. In this work we report on protocol standardizes TEM, SEM, TGA, Raman UV–VIS spectrometer, consumes
