摘要: Improving the ionic conductivity of solid electrolytes at low temperatures represents a major challenge and an opportunity for enabling variety solid-state devices energy conversion storage, as well environmental protection. Here we report giant 0.20 Scm(-1), achieved 500 °C, in La2Mo2O9 nanowires with bamboo-wire morphology, corresponding to 1000-fold enhancement over conventional bulk material. Stabilization high-temperature phase is observed account about 10-fold increase conductivity. We further demonstrate that fast surface conduction ∼3 nm thick, partially ordered, 'amorphous' films, under strain on curved surfaces (as non-autonomous or complexion), contributes by another two orders magnitude. Exemplified here study nanowires, new possibilities improvement miniaturization careful use one-dimensional nanomaterials can be envisioned.
