摘要: Heterogeneous networks combine different access technologies. An important problem in such is the selection of most suitable radio network. To perform this task efficiently, a lot information required, as signal strength, QoS, monetary cost, battery consumption, and user preferences. These are well known issues considerable effort has been made to tackle them using number solutions. efforts improve performance vertical handover but also add complexity. In paper, we introduce an enhanced algorithm for network selection, which simple, flexible applicable future mobile systems. Its main characteristics distribution process among terminal core network, evaluation connections separately primary role preferences final decision. The evaluated through simulation results, show that provides high rate satisfaction. It decreases messages required handovers whole it alleviates from processing unnecessary requests.
