摘要: Neuronal cell injury after global cerebral ischemic insult is not well understood in humans. We performed serial examination of diffusion-weighted imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopy three patients cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The presence the signal for lactate acute stage resuscitation was closely correlated to irreversible damage. In addition, high intensity image also predicted a poor outcome. Lesions that were positive these factors led serious brain damage subacute chronic stages. results indicated resuscitation, an extremely useful modality estimate prognosis patients, which always easy using conventional methods.
