摘要: In this contribution, a new modeling methodology for the electromagnetic emissions of integrated circuits system analysis is presented. The developed models are based on multipole expansion field. Using macro-representation, number necessary model parameters can be drastically reduced. order to account also influence external circuitry, have been appropriately extended towards voltage controlled emission model. To show applicability approach, system-level simulator has enhanced use models. simulation results complex configuration compared reference calculations. Additionally, high efficiency concerning computation time and memory consumption, described.
