摘要: In order to investigate the effect of soil water and texture on C N mineralisation applied organic matter, sheep manure was sandwiched between two halves intact cores incubated at 20°C. The soils contained 10.8% (L1), 22.4% (L3) 33.7% (L5) clay, respectively, were drained seven different matric potentials in range –15 –1,500 hPa. Evolution CO2-C determined during 4 weeks incubation. Contents NO3 –-N, 15N microbial biomass end net release from (estimated as difference with without manure) total evolution not related content. Most evolved manure-amended least clayey L1 soil. caused immobilisation –-N but potential had no major effects production. Less than 1% found When unamended, sandy held largest increases by application this Despite higher soil, content peaked most (L5). recovery incubation ranged 89% 102%. variation clay nor potential. experimental set-up designed mimic field conditions where is left a discrete layer surrounded structurally situation level appeared have little influence turnover layer.
