Tunable Mid-Infrared Plasmonic Anti-Symmetric Coupling Resonator Based on the Parallel Interlaced Graphene Pair

摘要: The parallel interlaced graphene pair separated by two spatial silver strips is proposed and numerically investigated using the finite-difference time-domain method. Thanks to introduced strips, unique plasmonic anti-symmetric coupling resonator obtained outstanding mid-infrared band-pass filtering effect achieved. transmission spectrum tuned dynamically not only changing distance but also via varying overlapping length of double-layer system. In addition, without re-fabricating new structures, modulated over a wide wavelength range small change in chemical potential utilizing external gate voltages. Simulation results are confirmed theoretical calculations. doubt unusual our studies support fabrication active nano-integrated circuits for optical processing.
