摘要: Abstract Direct determination of sucrose in glucose-containing samples is achieved by a multilayer enzyme electrode. The glucose eliminated an outer layer containing oxidase and catalase, whilst the reaches oxidase—invertase layer, thus producing hydrogen peroxide which measured indicating Up to 2 mM can be tolerated. Food products were analyzed successfully.
