摘要: We adapted a probiotic culture system originally developed for domestic animals and fish the intensive of rotifers. In this modification, crude starter fluid was made by incubating mixture some 40 species bacteria (so-called Uchishiro Microorganisms) with by-products other food-related materials. The medium (PCM) then completed incubation 50 g (25 °C) 3–4 days in 1 L 50% sea water strong aeration. After processing, may be used as food rotifer Brachionus plicatilis. determined optimal levels feeding B. plicatilis cultures providing 100 rotifers different concentrations PCM monitoring their population growth over five days. highest density (351 ind ml-1) achieved from 20 ml per water. From these experiments, we conclude that is useful if it supplied at satisfactory concentration.
