摘要: We adapted a probiotic culture system originally developed for domestic animals and fish the intensive of rotifers. In this modification, crude starter fluid was made by incubating mixture some 40 species bacteria (so-called Uchishiro Microorganisms) with by-products other food-related materials. The medium (PCM) then completed incubation 50 g (25 °C) 3–4 days in 1 L 50% sea water strong aeration.
