摘要: Abstract In this work, a low-cost, robust and compact 2D deflection sensor based on fiber-optic curvature is presented. The paper discusses design, calibration characterization under both static dynamic conditions. A simple experimental setup devised for purpose of the proposed testing. acquisition information standard processing method used with quadrant photodetector which simplifies application. Acquired limits errors magnitude direction measurement are ±0.15 mm ±2.5°, respectively. Response different temperature conditions showed that compensation can be applied increasing overall performance.
