摘要: The anneal-induced change in the superconducting properties together with irrecoverable relaxation enthalpy (ΔHi,exo) and recoverable (ΔHr,endo) of amorphous Zr70Cu30 Zr70Ni30 alloys was examined. increase Δi,exo degradation ofTc progress logarithmically annealing timeta a temperature range 373 to 523 K. activation energy attempted frequency were respectively estimated be 1.5eV 6.6 × 1013 sec−1 for ΔHi,exo 1.9×1014 ofTc. structure exerts little effect onTc.
