摘要: BACKGROUND To review the settings and outcomes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) interventions for breast cancer survivors, to explore feasibility prescribing exercise survivors. METHODS A systematic search electronic databases was conducted studies published up May 31, 2020. Eligibility criteria included randomized controlled trials HIIT intervention in Studies were grouped by whether during or after treatment, methods reviewed within each group. RESULTS Twenty-six identified, 13 satisfied inclusion criteria. Intervention treatment 8 studies, 5. duration ranged from 3 16 weeks, with 2 sessions per week, a total 9 36 sessions. All supervised; 12 lab-based, 1 community-based. One most promising improvement cardiorespiratory fitness HIIT. CONCLUSION This found that all on survivors investigated supervised interventions, but not home-based unsupervised. is time-efficient method increasing cardiovascular function further research necessary determine its effects other outcomes.
