摘要: A large portion of previous research on knowledge sharing in virtual community focuses organization-sponsored professional communities (PVC) while nowadays numerous nonwork-related are gaining popularity. This study investigates the phenomenon one popular type non-work-related community, online question and answering community. Anchoring self-determination theory, this identifies three types motivations to share Particularly, rewards reputation system, which we further divide into for quantity quality, classified as extrinsic motivation; learning is internalized motivation enjoy helping intrinsic motivation.
