摘要: The Sensor Web is an emerging trend which makes various types of web-resident sensors, instruments, image devices, and repositories sensor data, discoverable, accessible, controllable via the World Wide Web. A lot effort has been invested in order to overcome obstacles associated with connecting sharing these heterogeneous resources. This chapter emphasizes Enablement (SWE) standard defined by OpenGIS Consortium (OGC), composed a set specifications, including SensorML, Observation & Measurement, Collection Service, Planning Service Notification Service. It also presents reusable, scalable, extensible, interoperable service oriented architecture that (i) conforms SWE standard; (ii) integrates Grid Computing (iii) provides middleware support for Webs. In addition, this describes experiments evaluation core services within architecture.
