摘要: Digital elevation models (DEMs) are at the core of most environmental process modelling and disaster management. In flood inundation modelling, surface constitutes one important model boundary conditions. With availability high-precision DEMs (e.g. LiDAR) globally available SRTM InSAR) a big step seems to have been taken in terms hydraulic application or information retrieval from such DEMs, with high potential particular for ungauged basins. Comparative studies exist that report on both validation different remotely sensed sources their use hydrologic studies. To contribute existing literature information, this study aims comparing water stages derived LiDAR, topographic contours SRTM. A calibrated distributed ground-surveyed marks is used evaluate stages. The results show that, as expected, LiDAR exhibit lowest RMSE (0.35 m), followed by contour DEM (0.7 m). relatively good performance (1.07 which possibly linked low-lying floodplain, suggests valuable source initial vital extraction large, homogeneous floodplains. Subsequent 3D mapping confirms but also indicates low-resolution, low-precision data hardly possible small scale, accuracy resulting map depends too much uncertainties errors horizontal vertical directions.
