摘要: The thermal stability, crystallized structure and magnetic properties of rapidly solidified Fe-Co-Nd-B amorphous alloys with Dy addition have been investigated. supercooled liquid region (ΔT x ) an Fe 66.5 Co 10 Nd 3.5 B 20 alloy increases from 40 to 45 K by the 0.5 at%Dy. Both without after optimum annealing are composed mainly 3 B, 2 14 α-(Fe, Co) phases. By small amount Dy, coercivity (i H c maximum energy product (B H) max greatly enhanced, though remanence r slightly decreases, , i 1.27 T, 187 kA/m 86 kJ/m respectively, for 1.24 263 92 9.5 alloy.
