摘要: We analyse the relationship between privatization of a public firm and government preferences for environmental tax revenue. The model that we consider is more general than one in [15], sense put larger weight environment revenue on other terms government's objective function. has two stages. In first stage, sets tax. Then, firms engage Cournot competition, choosing output pollution abatement levels.
